Refund & Return Policy

At Relief Wellness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in preparing and shipping every order. However, if you face any issue, please read our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product
  • You received a wrong item than what you ordered

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Clear pictures or a short video may be required for verification.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used oils are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product was damaged or incorrect at delivery.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • Order was cancelled before dispatch

  • Product is out of stock after order confirmation

  • Verified case of damage or wrong item

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer

  • COD orders are refunded only to a bank account provided by the customer

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval

4. No Return Required (Special Cases)

In certain cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned. This decision is solely at our discretion and made to ensure customer convenience.

5. Order Refusal / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal at delivery

No refund will be issued unless approved after review.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only possible if:

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product arrived damaged

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
