At Relief Wellness, we take care in preparing and shipping every order. If you face an issue with your order, please review the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product
  • You received a wrong item instead of what you ordered

To be eligible:

  • The issue should be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product should be unused and in its original packaging, where applicable

Clear photos or a short video may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used oils are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product out of stock after order confirmation
  • Verified case of damage, defect, or wrong item delivered

Refund method:

  • Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer
  • For COD orders, customers may be asked to provide valid bank account details
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after approval

4. Special Cases

In some situations, a refund may be processed without requiring the product to be returned. This is handled after review and verification.

5. Order Refusal or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal at delivery

Relief Wellness may review and limit future Cash on Delivery orders.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be considered only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Exchange requests should be made within 48 hours of delivery.
