All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time across Pakistan:
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities & remote areas: 3–6 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan. Availability of COD may vary for certain remote locations.
5. Courier Services
Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Relief Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an order is returned due to:

- Customer unavailability
- Refusal at delivery
Relief Wellness reserves the right to limit or decline future Cash on Delivery orders.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel or notice any issue at delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos for assistance.
