  • We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Relief Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or incorrect customer information.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy, available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

6. Order Refusal & Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:
